Head over to your Calendar

Click the appointment/event you wish to add the attendee

A pop-up window will open, click on the "pencil" icon as shown below screenshot
💡 Adding a person to an event or appointment does not charge the client. You will need to do this as a separate action (see step 5)

You will be on details page, click on "+Add" to add Attendees
5. Add the person or people for the event or appointment They will not be charged. If you need to bill the individual, click on the amount.

Note - if the event is recurring, be sure to decide if you want to add them only to this event or all events.
