- Head over to your Calendar

Click the appointment for which you wish to change the staff member. Click the "pencil" icon

First click on Edit and then click on the drop-down for Calendar and you choose the new Staff Member. If the employee (Staff Member) has an email address or google calendar connected, they’ll be notified about the assignment.
- As soon as you change the Staff Member, you will get a pop-up window, click on "Confirm" button to save the changes you have made
