How do I put an intake form on my website?

After you create an intake form, you can put it on your website so you can always keep your customer information centralised in one place.

1. Head over to Contacts >> Intake forms
   
   

2. Click on the action button of the intake form you’d like to put on your website. Embed will put the copy directly inside your website. Copy link will let you send a client to a separate, Yottled-hosted landing page so a client can fill out the intake form.
   
   

3. Click embed. Code will be copied that looks like the following:

   💡 Note - the below code is specific to a test intake form and can’t be used for your Yottled site.

4. Place the code inside of an “html” block on your website. The intake form will display directly on your website
