My account is noted as “Pending”. How long should it be in that state?
Usually around 30 seconds. If it’s in “pending” longer than a few seconds, the payment facilitator likely needs some extra information to validate the account or there is some information that doesn’t look correct. Here are the most common things:
- The website you provided is not correct or not live yet. Consider updating to your Yottled site, Instagram, Facebook, or something else. If you use a website that is still “under construction”, the payment processor will likely not approve the account until you have “launched” your website.
- The address you provided is not correct.
- The business information is not correct.
There will be a banner at the top of your Yottled account noting any issues. If you believe your account should be approved and it still is not, you may need to contact our payment facilitator directly which you can do here: https://support.stripe.com/
My account was rejected by the payment facilitator. What should I do?
