Taking payment for an appointment during online booking

You can have a customer pay for an appointment when they book online. To do this, you’ll need to setup your service to be sold online. After, you can set the price prior to booking so you get paid upfront and your customers can book time-based on your availability.

1. Head over to Catalog

2. Choose the Service for which you need to take the appointment at the time of booking. 
   Edit it and enable the check box which says "Customer can purchase this online"
   
   

   
   
   

3. Look for where it says "When will you collect payment during online booking?" and select Upfront in the dropdown.

   
   
   

   4. Now whenever your customers does a booking they'll be asked to make the payment first.
