Head over to your Sales >> Orders
Click on the appointment that you need to take payment for. Anyone who has not paid will show “unpaid”
Click “unpaid” and you’ll go right to the order where you can check the customer out. Moreover, you can directly sent the payment link by clicking on "Send Payment Link" next to "Collect payment". When you click on Send Payment link, you will find customer's email and click on Send Payment link and it will send the invoice to your customer.

Also, if you wish to add any additional items to the order click “Edit”. When you’re ready to charge the customer, click “Collect Payment”
- Once you click on Edit, you will be able to add custom items and click on update
- Click on Update after adding the custom items
- Here is the time when you can add a discount for your customer if you wish. Simply click on Add Discount button and choose the discount code from the drop-down and click on Done button
