You’ll learn how to re-bill a customer if anything ever happens. Keep in mind that Yottled will automatically try to re-charge a customer up to 4 times and also send an email + text to the customer asking them for a new credit card.

Find the member you want to re-try billing. Click on them.

Next to the invoice that is open under actions, click the circular arrow icon to retry billing. If the payment still fails, you can update the payment method by clicking the pencil and then try billing again.
