How do I store a customers credit card on file?

Yottled will store a card on a customers profile automatically when:

1. Signing up for a service online with pre pay
2. Signing up for a service online with pay later
3. Signing up for a membership

You can also add a customers credit card manually to a customers profile.

1. Navigate to contacts or click here. Click on a contact or create one.

2. Under saved payment methods, click “add”

   

3. Add and save the credit card

   

💡 If a credit card is already on file, it will appear under “saved payment methods”. Saved payment methods can be used during check out.
