Adding a calendar does not give the person permission in the workspace - it simply creates a bookable entity. If you do not want someone to have access to your account and you just want them to be bookable, adding a calendar is a great way to facilitate this.
Add a calendar
Step 1- Head over to your Settings
Step 2- Navigate to Staff
Step 3- Select the employee to whom you want to add the calendar
Step 4- Scroll down a bit and locate the calendar and click on that calendar.
Step 5- Give the calendar a title such as “Apurva” and set the colour for your calendar. You’re able to sync the calendar with a Google calendar by clicking on "Add Calendar" as well for additional insight into availability.
Step 6- Add event notification settings. Clients will be notified about appointments and events based on the settings defined in the settings here.
Step 7- You can import events/ appointments from different calendars to your daughter's calendar. Just by pasting a URL to an ICS file. Click on "Add" to import events and appointments.
Step 9- Calendar Subcribers
Calendar subscribers are individuals who have opted to receive calendar notification for all bookings or if it gets reschedule or canceled. They stay updated with real-time information and updates regarding their bookings through notifications.
You can click on "Add" to add calendar subscriber.
Furthermore, if you want to delete any calendar, just click on delete permanently.
Note-the calendar will be removed from the Yottled account.
