If Google Meet is not an option for video conferencing for one of your employee calendars, you need to connect that calendar with Google

Head over to your Calendar

To add support for Google meet, we need to connect with Google. Click “calendars”. Click the 3 dots next to the calendar you would like to sync with google. Click “settings”

Click “Connect a Google Calendar”

Follow the prompts presented by Google and be sure to select all permissions requested
