Let’s make sure you have the calendar(s) enabled. Each team member will have their own, dedicated calendar and only the one assigned to you will be selected by default.
To show additional calendars:

Go to the Calendar

Click on the options for choosing the calendar as shown below screenshot.
- Or go to the staff and select the staff.
- Scroll down and open "Calendar"
5. Check if your email is integrated with Gmail and if all the permissions are given properly.

Please add a section explaining why the calendars grey out and wont allow you or your clients to schedule. There is nothing to address this issue that keep happening and no one will answer my chats or requests since November 2023
