After a customer fills out an intake form, the data is updated on their contact record.
💡 If the customer has filled out the intake form as part of an event, booking link, or other type of service, you will not receive a separate notification outside of the standard confirmation notifications regarding the booking. If the intake form was sent to the customer separately, you’ll receive a dedicated notification.
The intake form was filled out as part of a booking
Go to the event

Click “View Details” on the service booking
- Click "View attendee"
- Next - click "view profile" and you'll see all of the intake data
- The intake data will be found on the contact record under "Attributes"

The intake form was not filled out as part of a booking

If you sent an intake form to the contact separately, you’ll receive a notification that the customer filled out the intake form
Click on View Details and you’ll be taken to the information the customer filled out
