How do I edit an intake form?

1. Click on contacts and then on Intake forms

2. Click and open the intake form you want to edit and then edit
   

3. Add, remove, or change any of the fields you need to
   
   

   
   
   

   • Clicking the + adds a new field
   • Click the ✏️ edits existing fields
     
     

4. All booking options that use this intake form will be immediately updated when you click save

   Q. Can I change the colour of my intake form button to match my brand colour?
   A. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have this feature.
