How do I send an intake form to a customer?

After you create an intake form, you can send it directly to a customer, have clients fill it out prior to signing up for any event or appointment, send it to them directly, or have it live on your website.

1. Click on the action button of the intake form you’d like to send to your customer. Copy link will let you send a client to a separate Yottled hosted landing page so a client can fill out the intake form
   
   

   
   
   

2. Copy browser link. You can send the link directly to your customer
   
   

   

3. You will be notified when someone fills out the intake form via email.
