Notifications are set on a per-calendar basis. You can define any frequency of notifications and reminders needed for your business.
1. Simply go to your Staff - click on your staff, then your calendar, and you'll be able to customise your notifications
2. Clients will always receive a calendar invite along with the notifications you’ve defined.
3. If the appointment is paid, clients will automatically receive a receipt
