How do I create a email list?

Head over to Marketing and click Audiences. You can create either a static email list or a dynamic segment that automatically updates based on customer information in the CRM. To create an email list:

1. Click Create new audience
   
   

   

2. Name the audience and click “Static audience”

   

3. Select the contacts that you’d like to be part of the audience. Click “create audience”
