How do I create a segment?

Head over to Marketing and click Audiences. You can create either a static email list or a dynamic segment that automatically updates based on customer information in the CRM. To create a segment:

1. Click Create new audience
   
   

   

2. Name the audience and click “Dynamic audience”
   
   

   
   
   

3. Select the properties and the values that you’d like to be part of the audience. Click “preview” and then create audience.
