Based on the configuration of your reminder settings on your calendar, you can enable you and your customers to always receive the following via email and sms:

A confirmation email when someone books or if you add someone to your appointment or event

Your confirmation email
-
The client confirmation email

Clicking “view more details” takes your customer to a gateway of upcoming reminders along with where the appointment is

a receipt (if applicable)

notifications and reminders per your calendar settings
If you believe a notification or confirmation has not been sent:
- Check the promotions tab in your email client. Occasionally the confirmations can get sent to the promo's tab. We do our best to always have them sent to the inbox and are constantly working to get them into the inbox.
- If the confirmation is in the promos tab, move the email to the inbox
- Check your reminder settings on your calendar
