By default, you’ll be notified if a person books you via email with a CTA (call to action) to view more details about the booking.
If you’d like details to be sent via text to yourself or others about the bookings, you can add these easily.
💡 These notifications are incredibly helpful for bookings with teams, shared calendars, and other people that would like to know about when bookings have occurred.

Head over to Settings >> Staff. Click on the staff's name you’d like to add booking notifications to

Click on the sign (>) besides the name of person under calendar as shown in the below screenshot

At the bottom, you’ll notice the option to add “calendar subscribers” via text or email. Notifications sent when an event is created, rescheduled, or canceled
