Staff accounts can be added to your Yottled account to allow them to log in as different users. To add staff, you need to be the owner or have the Edit permissions and Add and Remove staff permissions. In this article, you will learn about how to add, delete, deactivate, and activate the staff. You’ll be able to customize their permissions. They will have their bookable calendar as well.
To add an admin

Head to the Settings Tab and click on Staff

Click “Add Staff” and add the name, email address, and role
- Click on Add button

The person will receive an invite to your Yottled account

You can customize their permissions by clicking on them and selecting different roles.
Moreover, in case your staff/member has not been notified, you can just send them the link app.yottled.com/login and ask them to log in with their email. They will receive an email that would say Magic Link and your employee just need to log in and they will be good to go.

How to delete a staff member:
- Go to Staff
- Click on the staff name that you wish to delete
- On the right corner, you will see Delete button. Click on it and your staff will be deleted as shown in the below screenshot
Note: This action cannot be undone so you have to be very much sure which staff member you are removing or deleting. - Click on Delete Staff button

Here is how you will also learn to De-activate the staff:
- You can follow the steps for How to delete a staff member untill you choose delete. Instead you will need to click on Deactivate the staff
- Once clicked on deativate button your staff will not have any further access to your software
Note: You can activate the staff at any given time. - When you click on Deactive the staff it will strike out their name until you activate them again
- In case you wish to activate the staff again, just click on the name of the staff and it will show you the Activate button. Click on Activate button and the staff permission will be resumed

FAQ:
Q. What if my staff member or an employee has lost the access to the account?
A. You can simply click on the Send Login button. It will sent the magic link to your staff member's email address and they will gain the access to the account.
