What data cannot be migrated?
- Stored credit card information
- Due to PCI compliance, we’re not able to migrate stored credit card information.
- After a customer books the first time, we’ll re-capture their credit card information.
- Contact our support team at hello@yottled.com and we’d be happy to help you send re-enrollment
- Customer notes cannot be migrated due to how the information is stored.
- Customer booking history cannot be migrated due to how the information is stored.
Let’s get started
Export from Vagaro
- Export your contacts from Vagaro by following this help article. Yottled needs the csv file.
- Export your service pricing configuration by following this help article. Yottled needs the csv file per employee.
- ☝️ be sure to do the above for each service provider
- Be sure to send Yottled the email address associated with each service provider.
- Export your calendar via ical by following this help article. Yottled needs the URL link per employee.

Import to Yottled (and let us know if you need help)

Import contact info (Yottled can do this for you by emailing us at hello@yottled.com)
- Head over to contacts in Yottled
- Click “Create” and then “upload list”
💡 Each column will be a separate attribute in the crm.
