- Scheduled appointments for the remainder of the current month and entirety of the following month.
- As an example - today is March 15, 2020
- Yottled can help you migrate appointments from March 15, 2020 through April 30, 2020.
- Stored credit card information
- MindBody charges an export fee to provide an export of stored credit cards. You will need to contact their support staff for details
What data cannot be migrated?
- Customer notes cannot be migrated due to the information is stored.
- Customer booking history cannot be migrated due to the information is stored.

Export from MindBody
- Export your contacts from MindBody by following this help article
Import to Yottled (and let us know if you need help)

Import contact info
- Head over to contacts in Yottled
- Click “Create” and then “upload list”
💡 Each column will be a separate attribute in the crm.

Migrate appointments
- You have two options to migrate appointments
- Recreate them manually
- Email hello@yottled.com and give one of our Customer Success Engineers admin access to your MindBody account. Yottled can help you migrate scheduled appointments for the remainder of the current month and entirety of the following month.

Migrate stored credit card information
- Contact MindBody support and let them know you’d like to have your stored credit card information exported
- They will charge you a fee and provide you with an encrypted file containing the customers and credit cards
- Contact your Yottled Account Executive or Customer Support Engineer for a secure method of transfer prior to sending the encrypted file
- Yottled will upload the credit cards on your behalf
