Migrating your subscriptions, credit card details, and other items from Stripe is easy. There are a few steps and we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible for you and your customers.
How long will this take me?
This will take you about 20 minutes to complete. Really…about 20 minutes.
How long with the migration take?
The actual migration itself will largely be on Stripe’s support team which will take about 14 to 16 days. Your customers transition however will be seamless.
💡 Even though we’re built on top of Stripe, we have a completely separate entity we create for you in order to process payments. There is a migration path in to use Yottled’s capabilities. Any payment you create & process in Stripe does not sync to Yottled.

Stripe Account One - The account we’re moving data from:

This account can likely be accessed by going to Yottled - sales - settings and then “Open Stripe”. Once you have logged into Stripe, you can switch to a different Stripe account from the selector in the top left corner.

- Found under your Stripe Account settings

Developer access

Add a new team member by under your Team Settings

Grant the Yottled user Developer access and send the invite

This account is in Yottled - Sales - Settings and then “open stripe”. If needed, you can switch between different Stripe accounts in the top left corner.

👆The above is not the same instruction twice - you’ll be doing this once for the account we’re moving data from and then once again for the account we’re moving data to.

Once we have that information, we’re ready to rock!

- We’ll need you to tell Stripe that you would like the data moved.
- Email support@stripe.com and request customer and credit card migration from Account One to Account Two
- Stripe will generally take ~2 weeks to migrate the data. Once that happens, Yottled will finish up the rest in about one to two days. There should be little to no interruption in your customers billing
