How to create a Coupon/Promo Code

1. Click on Sales >> Coupon
2. Click on the “Create” button on the right corner
   
   
   
   
3. Either choose on Percentage discount/Fixed amount discount radio button

4. When you create any Promo Code or a fixed off, you will need to click on the Save button each time
   
   
   
   

5. To use the promo code in an order, click "Add discount" and a list of the promo codes you've created will appear

6. Customers can also use the promo code during their checkout in the Gift Card/Promo Code box

Q. Can coupon codes be used for memberships?

A. Unfortunately not at the moment. However, we're working on this for an upcoming release in the next quarter.

Q. Are coupon codes are only applicable for products? Or do they work for events too?

A.Coupon codes can be applied to both products and events. Except for membership, it can be used everywhere.
