Ask for a Review

A excellent review goes into enough detail to give others a sense of what transpired.

Customer feedback provides information about client satisfaction levels. Customer satisfaction refers to how pleased customers are with your products, services, and interactions with your business. It's a crucial indicator since it allows you to solve customer concerns, prevent churn, and build a loyal client base.

Let's start with how to send the form to fill out the review:

1. Go to Settings >> Notification
2. Enable the Event Ended option
   
3. Kindly enable the box for Event Ended and it will ask select an Email Template
   
   
   
   
4. If you already have a template created then you just need to choose by clicking on the drop-down 
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Save button after choosing from the drop-down
6. Check the box for Event Ended
7. Once the above steps are followed, you can start receiving feedback from your customers after their service has been ended
