Customer feedback provides information about client satisfaction levels. Customer satisfaction refers to how pleased customers are with your products, services, and interactions with your business. It's a crucial indicator since it allows you to solve customer concerns, prevent churn, and build a loyal client base.
Let's start with how to send the form to fill out the review:
- Go to Settings >> Notification
- Enable the Event Ended option
- Kindly enable the box for Event Ended and it will ask select an Email Template
- If you already have a template created then you just need to choose by clicking on the drop-down
- Click on the Save button after choosing from the drop-down
- Check the box for Event Ended
- Once the above steps are followed, you can start receiving feedback from your customers after their service has been ended
