Prevent certain customers from booking online to ensure they don't take up valuable time on your calendar. This feature is really helpful when a customer repetitively book an appointment and keeps cancelling or rescheduling.
- Go to Contacts >> All Contacts
- Click on Online booking enabled and choose from the drop-down (Yes/No)
- Until you have not set the restriction as "No", it will automatically set as "Yes"
- Choose "No" and create a list of the customers for whom you wish to enable the feature of blocking of online booking and click on Create button after entering the details. You can also upload the list if you have created
- You will see the page opening up with the details of the customer, attribute list and so on and you will also see Online Booking toggle as disabled
- Once you on the toggle, you will see the page as shown in the below screenshot
