See a full audit log and history of everything your staff and customers did when interacting with appointments and orders. You can check audit logs for 3 different reasons.
When you want to check the audit log orders wise:
- Head to Sales >> Orders
- Click on the Customer's name for which you wish to check the audit log
- Scroll down to the Timeline section

When you wish to see the audit log as per your customer:
- Click on Contacts Tab >> All Members
- Click on Customer's name for whom you wish to see the History/Audit log/Timeline
- You will land on History Tab and can find all log of all the activity that particular customer of yours did

When you want to check the audit log for a particular appointment booked by multiple customers:
- Navigate to Calendar's Tab
- Click on the appointment for which you wish to check which customers has booked the appointment for that particular service
- Click on View Details
(a) When an appointment will have more that 1 Attendee then it will show as below screenshot
(b) When there is only 1 attendee then it will show as the below screenshot - Click on Timeline and you will be able to see all the activity for that appointment
