To avoid back-to-back appointments, you will see the slot as an Appointment buffer. This feature will help to choose the amount of buffer time you want to schedule between appointments. You can schedule a buffer time when you create the appointment schedule.
Let's follow the steps to adjust the Appointment time:
- Head over to Catalog
- Either you can create a new service or edit the previously created
- Scroll down and check out for Scheduling Conditions
- Choose the time for "Block time on calendar before the event" and "Block time on the calendar after the event"
