At times customers do want to take two different appointments. Here are the steps to do so.
- Go to Calendar
- Click on the appointment for which you wish to add another appointment
- Click on Edit Order
- Click on Actions >> Edit
- Click on Browse
- Choose the service you wish to add to an existing appointment and Click on the Update button

Now here you can also delete the appointment that you wish to change. Just click on the cross (delete) icon as shown in the below screenshot and that service will be deleted from your list before updating the appointment. In case you have already updated the appointment and it is wrongly updated or your client wishes to change it then just click on the Actions button and choose Edit and you can remove the service that your client does not wish to take and again click on the Update button.

Q. Can the date be changed for the event or appointment that has been booked?
A. Yes, you can change the date of the event or appointment by clicking on Reschedule link.
Q. Will the duration of the appointment get changed if we add another appointment to an existing one?
A. No, it will not affect the duration. You need to change the timing manually by editing your appointment.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of appointments I can add to my existing appointment?
A. No, there's no limit.
