Yottled simplifies staff/employee management with its user-friendly interface and robust features. With its intuitive user interface and comprehensive features, you can effortlessly navigate the system and implement necessary changes to maximise your team's productivity and efficiency.
Step 1: Navigate to settings
Step 2: Click on a staff
Step 3: Select staff to manage or make changes to their profile.
Step 4: Make Necessary Changes
After selecting the staff member's profile, you can now make the desired changes. This may include updating their contact information, assigning specific roles or responsibilities, adjusting their availability, or modifying their working hours.
Point 1- You can Delete, Deactivate, and Send Login to your Staff/employees.
Point 2- Click on edit to change any details under personal information.
Point 3 -You can upload/edit images of a staff/employee and also edit and update their name. You will see a toggle for online booking- you can keep that enabled so that customers can schedule listed services online with this staff/employee.
Point 4- you can add/edit staff's working hours by clicking on the edit
Point 5- Click on Calendar to set the staff's calendar
You can add calendars for any user.
- You can change the title of this calendar
- You can set the calendar color following your requirement.
- You can integrate your calendar with Google Calendar.
- You find an option to set the calendar reminder for text/email.
- Set your availability following your schedule.
- You can add temporary availability
- Add calendar subscribers
Point 4- Set the role which you want to assign to your staff/employee by click on edit
Step 5: Once you have made the necessary changes to the staff member's profile, ensure that you save your settings to apply the modifications. Look for a "Save" button and click on it to save the changes you have made.
