Efficiently managing staff/employee availability and working hours is crucial for effective scheduling and appointment management. With Yottled you can streamline this process. In this article, we will walk you through the steps of setting up staff/employee availability and working hours using Yottled, enabling you to create a well-organised schedule that meets the needs of your business and clients.
Step 1: Head over to Settings >> Staff
Step 2: Select the Staff/Employee. Identify the specific staff member for whom you want to set availability and working hours.
Step 4: Scroll down a bit and click on the calendar (click on the small arrow).
Step 5: Scroll down to access the calendar availability section. By default, Yottled sets the availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. However, you have the flexibility to customize these settings based on your specific requirements.
Note- You can also put a break by just clicking on the plus sign (+) beside the days.
You can also set the Temporary Availability for each calendar/employee/staff you have.
