Assigning staff/employees to services is a crucial step in effective appointment management. Yottled provides a straightforward process to assign staff/employees to services. This article will guide you through the steps of assigning staff/employees to services using Yottled, allowing you to ensure the right team members are available for specific services.
Step 1: Click “Sales” and then “Catalog”
Step 2: Click “Create” >> Service
Step 3: Enable "Offer multiple options" if more than one person is performing the service, you have different prices, different durations, or different locations.
Step 4: Select Provider's (employee/staff) Calendar - Within the service creation or editing interface, you will find an option to select the provider's calendar. This represents the calendar of your staff/employees who will be offering the service. Look for a dropdown menu or a field that allows you to choose the provider's calendar.
Step 5: Assign Staff/Employee - Select the employee/staff you want to assign for this service.
Step 6: Save the Changes
After assigning the staff/employees to the service, click on the "Save" button within the service creation or editing interface. This will save the changes and ensure that the selected staff/employees are associated with the service.
