Can my customers pay with cash, check, Venmo, or some other payment option?

Yes - your customers can pay you with any payment option they want when they checkout in person. However if they're booking online, they must provide a valid credit card to book the appointment.

You can decide if you want to have: 

• Pay upfront
• Pay later
• or collect a deposit

To collect payment via cash, check, Venmo, or other:

1. Go to your orders (or click here)
2. Click on the order you want to take another form of payment for
3. Click "Collect Payment"
4. Select "Mark as Paid"

5. You'll be able to select other forms of payment

Can my customers reserve an appointment online without a credit card?

No - your customers must use a credit card to book the appointment online
