Deactivating or archiving staff/employees is a common requirement in managing a team. Yottled provides a simple process to deactivate or archive staff/employees, allowing you to maintain an updated and organized staff roster. In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of deactivating or archiving staff/employees in Yottled, ensuring you have the flexibility to manage your team effectively.
Step 1: Head over to Settings
Step 2: Click on Staff
Step 3: In the staff management interface, you will see a list of your staff/employees. Identify the staff member you want to deactivate or archive and select their profile by clicking on their name or designated option.
Step 4: Deactivate/Archive Staff/Employee - Once you are on the staff member's profile page, locate the "Action" and then click on deactivate button to proceed with the deactivation or archiving process
This action will deactivate the staff/employee, removing their availability for bookings while retaining their information in your account.
Note: Deactivating or archiving a staff/employee does not delete their profile. It simply renders them inactive. If you wish to reactivate the staff/employee at any point, you can do so by clicking on the "Activate" button, which will restore their availability for bookings.
