Credit packs are designed for customers that want to purchase a set number of sessions upfront - often at a discount.
As an example - you can sell 10 massage sessions for $700 - normally $100 per session. You can also offer a fixed discount such as 20% off forever in exchange for an upfront cost of $100. The customer will receive a code they can use during checkout online.
In this article, we will learn how to design a credit pack, how your customer will be able to purchase it, and what email notification they will receive once the credit pack has been purchased. Let's get started!!!
- Navigate to Catalog
- Click on Add button on the right corner
- Click on the Credit Pack button
- Add title and other information that is required
- Here at the same time you can add a variant similar to that we add for services. To do the same, click on the New Variant button
- Click on the Save button
Now let's see how your customer will see your storefront
- Click on the Storefront URL/link
- Scroll to the Credit packs section
- Click on the View Details button
- Once you click it will show you the content of the credit pack
- In case you have added a variant to the credit pack, it will show as below:
- Your customer will have to click on the options available as per their requirement
- Once your customer has made a choice, they will need to complete the order by filling out the information and then clicking on the Make Payment button
- Once your customer/client hits the Make payment button, they will see the message that the email has been sent
Now here's how your customer will see once they have already purchased the credit pack and received the email
- Your customer will get the email with the subject line "Your credit pack purchase" and open the email
- Click on the View Credit Pack button
- Your customer/client will have the code which they need to use. They can either copy or they can print the code
- Click on the Visit Online Store and scroll to Services (see all ) and choose yoga
- Click on the Book Now button to Schedule the appointment and click on the Continue button
- Your customer will enter the Code that has been received in the email
- Click on Apply button and the amount will be Zero and then click on Confirm button
- Your customer/client will receive an appointment confirmation email
- Your customer will be able to check how many times they have used the code by clicking on the same email they have received with the subject line "Your credit pack purchase" by clicking on View credit pack button
