Usually, when a person registers for any service, they can fill out the Intake form then. Now at times, when someone just calls you and wishes to book a service with you and they are new and not yet registered, at that time you can embed the Intake form link along with the service. Here's how to do that.
- Go to Contacts >> Intake Form
- Choose the form that you want to add along with the service and click on the 3 dots as shown below
- Click on the 3 dots and choose Copy link
- Now navigate to Sales >> Catalog and click on the service for which you wish to send the intake form
- Scroll down and look for the Confirmation Message section
- Enter the message that you wish to add and you can add the hyperlink

Image 2: Paste the link that you copied by going to contacts >> Intake form (steps mentioned above) and press enter button to get it hyperlinked
Image 3: The link will be generated and you will need to add space after the word "form" in order to get the hyperlink working. - Now for you to see how it looks, kindly click on the Preview button that is on the Right corner
- Continue scheduling appointment
- Once the appointment has been scheduled it will ask your customer to complete the order details
- Click on the Pay Deposit button
- Click on the hyperlink for Intake Form
- Your customer will need to fill out the form and then click on Submit button
