How do I collect separate tips from customers?

As a business owner or service provider, you may sometimes encounter situations where you want to collect separate tips from your customers. To facilitate this process, this article will walk you through the steps of collecting a separate tip from customers.

Step 1- Head over to Sales-->Orders

Step 2- Click on Create order

Step 3- Click on 'Add custom item'

Step 4- Create orders by $0 in the price tab

Step 5- Click on Create order

Step 6- Click on collect payment and Mark it as paid

Step 7- Click on collect tip and select debit/credit card

Step 8-  Click on Custom and add the amount that you want to collect as a tip. Then add the card details to collect the payment and click on charge and your tip will be collected.
